The CommandCenter-NOC was developed by Raritan to monitor your complete network system. Asset management, security monitoring, bandwidth analysis and reporting for almost any environment are combined in one application. The CommandCenter-NOC will discover and inventory new hardware and software on your system while providing easy to understand reports that cover service availability, outages, inventory, security, performance, delta inventory and open data framework reports.
The simple point and click web interface allows easy system monitoring. Built-in SNORT intrusion detection and NESSUS vulnerability scanning will provide immediate notification of any risk to the system via email, SMS and pager.
Environments that are supported by the CommandCenter-NOC include: Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directories, LDAP, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Postgre, Citrix, Linux, UNIX, Web, DNS, DHCP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, Telnet, POP3, IMAP, ICMP, Windows servers, Windows workstations, Apple OSX, routers, switches, firewalls, network printers and IP phones.
Features and capabilities that would normally require a combination of multiple appliances have been built into one virtual or hardware appliance. Download your free NOC25 Virtual Appliance to begin inventorying 35 H/W & S/W nodes and monitor up to 10 nodes, limit five Windows. Additional Hardware and Virtual Appliance applications are available that will inventory up to 2500 H/W & S/W nodes and monitor up to 500 nodes. Command Center is commonly installed in the C: Program Files Alienware Command Center folder, but this location can vary a lot depending on the user's choice while installing the application. CommandCenter.exe is the Command Center's primary executable file and it takes approximately 1.22 MB (1274112 bytes) on disk. Installed the current version of Command Center (version 3.0.1.02) - gave me the typical 'Command Center is Start Service fail.' Response - Uninstalled - restarted - Reinstalled ver. 3.0.1.02 - gives me the same response as #2 I looked online for solutions but to no avail. I've literally been scouring the internet for hours.
